Withdraw your rebate to your trading account
How to request a rebate withdrawal to your trading account in the member portal: requirements, steps, processing time and common errors.

Check your withdrawable balance
The “Overview” and “Rewards” tabs show “Withdrawable balance”. The amount you withdraw cannot be below the minimum (currently 30 USD; the current figure is shown in the Withdraw window).
Open Rewards → - 02
Click Withdraw and enter the USD amount
In the “Rewards” tab or the last step of the Overview, click “Withdraw”, choose the trading account to receive the money, enter the amount (USD) and submit the request.

Wait for processing
The request is carried out after verification is complete, within a few business days (currently 1–2 business days; the current figure is shown in the Withdraw window). The status of each request appears in the withdrawal list in the “Rewards” tab.

Receive the money
The money is transferred straight to your trading account balance. You receive a notification when it is complete.

Common problems
• “Minimum withdrawal amount…”: enter an amount not below the minimum • Balance not enough: part of it may be pending, check the request list Need help: submit a ticket in the Support tab.
