Trade to earn lots and reach reward milestones
Lots traded on an activated account count toward reward milestones and the Indicator quota. How to track your lot progress and the usual reasons lots do not increase.

Trade on the activated ID
Only lots traded on the Live account you added and activated in the member portal count. Trades on another ID, a Demo account, or an account not under the AlphaOnChart IB are not counted.

See the lots counted
The “Overview” tab shows this month’s total lots. The “Rewards” tab shows details per account and the reward milestone track. Lot figures are refreshed periodically from the broker’s report, so they may lag behind the moment a trade is filled.

Understand reward milestones and the Indicator quota
This month’s total lots decide the rebate milestone. Last month’s total lots decide how many Indicators you can enable at once this month. The exact milestones are shown in the “Rewards” and “Indicator” tabs.

If lots do not increase
• Account not activated: go to “Trading Accounts” and click “Check Again” • Account no longer under the IB link: check the status on the account card • It is a Demo account: the system reports ACCOUNT_DEMO • Just traded: wait for the next refresh cycle, then reload the page Still wrong: submit a ticket in the Support tab with your account ID.
