By using the alphaonchart.app website or the AlphaOnChart: Trade Plan app, you agree to the terms below.

## 서비스

AlphaOnChart provides session-by-session trading plans, alerts when price touches the zones in a plan, educational articles and tools for MetaTrader 5. AlphaOnChart is an introducing broker (IB) partner of brokers, not a broker, and does not hold your money.

## Not investment advice

All content is for reference only. Trading forex, CFDs and gold uses leverage, carries a high risk and you may lose all of your capital. Past results do not guarantee future results. You are responsible for your own decisions.

## Alerts may be delayed

Price alerts are sent automatically and may arrive up to 10 minutes late, or not at all, because of the network, your device’s notification system or a data source outage. Do not rely on an alert as the only basis for opening or closing a trade.

## 계정

- You are responsible for keeping your account and login details safe.
- Each account is for one user. Do not share or resell access.
- You provide truthful information, including your own MT5 account ID.

## In-app subscription

- The Premium plan is sold through Google Play, billed per period and renews automatically until you cancel.
- A free trial (if offered) converts to a paid plan when it ends unless you cancel before then.
- You manage, cancel and request refunds in Google Play under Google’s policies.
- Premium access is tied to the AlphaOnChart account that was logged in at the time of purchase.

## Prohibited conduct

- Copying, distributing or reselling paid content.
- Interfering with or disrupting the system, or scanning for vulnerabilities without permission.
- Posting scams, unauthorised advertising or harassment in the community group.

## Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, AlphaOnChart is not liable for trading losses or indirect damages arising from using, or being unable to use, the service.

## Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by following the instructions on the delete account page.

## Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new version.
