# Elimina account

You can delete your AlphaOnChart account at any time. Deletion cannot be undone.

## Delete in the app

- Open the AlphaOnChart: Trade Plan app.
- Go to Settings and choose Delete account.
- Confirm with the code sent to your email, or log in again with Google.
- If you have an auto-renewing Premium plan, the app turns off auto-renewal before deleting so that Google does not charge you for the next period.

## Delete on the website

Log in with the email used for the account, then use the form below to receive a confirmation code and delete the account.

## If you cannot use the app or the website

Message our support team on Telegram and mention the registered email to request deletion. We will verify your identity before deleting.

## Data that is deleted

- Your email, name and other contact details.
- Login sessions and the device tokens that receive alerts.
- Notifications, support messages, notes and alert preferences.
- Messages and images in the community group.
- Active keys are revoked and the MT5 accounts you declared are unlinked.

## Data that is kept

- Financial records (orders, commissions, withdrawals) in anonymised form, because of accounting obligations.
- Audit logs, which are no longer linked to your email or name.

## Before you delete

Withdraw any remaining wallet balance before deleting. After deletion we cannot pay out unpaid commissions or wallet balance to an anonymised account.
