# Adatvédelmi szabályzat

AlphaOnChart (the alphaonchart.app website and the AlphaOnChart: Trade Plan Android app) provides trading plans, price alerts and tools for traders. This page explains what data we collect, why we use it and how you control it.

## Data we collect

- Your email and display name when you log in with email or Google.
- The MT5 account ID and broker you declare, to verify your benefits and calculate rebates.
- Your Firebase Cloud Messaging device token, to send price alerts to your phone.
- The advertising ID and device data that Google AdMob collects when you use the free version with ads.
- Your in-app subscription history, processed by Google Play. We never receive your card number or payment details.
- The messages and images you post in the community group.
- Minimal technical data: IP address, device type, error logs and anonymous view statistics.

## How we use data

- To provide your account, trading plans and price alerts according to your access.
- To verify your benefits when you open an account through an AlphaOnChart referral link.
- To show ads to free users and measure how the app performs.
- To prevent fraud and abuse and to protect the system.
- To support you when you contact us.

## Sharing data

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the processors needed to run the service:

- Google: sign-in, Google Play (payments and subscription management), Firebase (notifications) and AdMob (ads).
- Cloudflare: hosting and serving the website, API and database.
- Partner brokers (Exness, XM): your MT5 account ID, to verify the referral relationship and calculate rebates.
- Email delivery provider: your email address, to send login codes.

## Retention

- Account data is kept until you delete your account.
- Community messages are deleted automatically after the group retention period (30 days by default).
- Login sessions expire or are revoked when you log out. Device tokens are removed when you log out or delete your account.
- Financial records (orders, commissions, withdrawals) are kept in anonymised form because of accounting obligations.

## Your rights

You can view, correct and delete your data:

- Delete your account in the app (Settings, Delete account) or on the delete account page.
- Turn off alerts or remove the notification permission at any time in your device settings.
- Manage or turn off personalised ads in your Google settings and in the app’s Privacy options.
- Message our support team on Telegram to request a copy or a correction of your data.

## Children

The service is for people aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

## Biztonság

Login codes are stored hashed and the login token on your phone is encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable measures to protect your data.

## Trading risk
